How do I play Slide15?
Slide15 is the classic sliding tile puzzle (also known as 15 puzzle or fifteen puzzle). Swipe a tile next to the empty slot and it slides into the gap. Arrange the numbers in order from 1 onward — the empty slot ends in the bottom-right corner. Each level has a unique shape and difficulty.
How do I restore my Premium purchase?
Open Slide15 settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Premium status syncs across all your iOS devices automatically.
The game won't load or keeps crashing. What should I do?
Try in order: 1) Force-quit Slide15 and relaunch, 2) Update to the latest App Store version, 3) Restart your iPhone or iPad, 4) Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact us with your device model and iOS version.
How is my game progress saved?
Your daily streak, level completion stats, and Premium status are saved locally on your device. We recommend keeping your iPhone or iPad backed up via iCloud so progress survives a device upgrade.
Can I play Slide15 on multiple devices?
Premium is restored on any iOS device signed into your Apple ID. Game progress (streak, completed levels) is currently device-local; cross-device sync is on the roadmap.
How do I report a bug?
Please email us at support@slide15.com and include:
- Description of what you expected to happen and what actually happened
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro) and iOS version
- Screenshots or a screen recording if possible

We take your privacy seriously. Slide15 stores game progress locally on your device and uses Google AdMob for ads. We do not collect personal information directly.
